We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Virtual Sensuality, Inc. (the "Company") warrants its products to be free from defects of materials and workmanship at the time of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, such as fading, discoloration, or stretching or shrinking due to washing or drying, damage due to the failure to follow washing or drying instructions, or damage due to the use of improper cleaning materials. In the event that you believe there is a defect in materials or workmanship, you must send or bring in the product to the Company for a warranty evaluation within 30 days of purchase. Please prepare a note explaining the nature of the defect and the problem area on the product. We recommend that you use insured postage and use a carrier that provides parcel tracking information since the Company is not responsible for lost items. If the Company determines there is a defect of materials or workmanship, the Company will repair or replace the defective product with the same or a similar product of the same size. Failure to provide notice to the Company of a suspected defect in materials or workmanship within 30 days of purchase shall constitute a waiver of all claims with respect to the product.
THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SECONDARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR INJURY, LOSS OF LIFE, DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT OR OTHER PROPERTY OR REVENUE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, PRODUCTS LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF THE DAMAGE, INJURY OR LOSS IS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT OF THE COMPANY. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY THE COMPANY, AND THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute under this Limited Warranty shall first be submitted to binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in Los Angeles, California.

RECOMENDACIONES GENERALES:
Seguir cuidadosamente en las instrucciones de lavado de la etiqueta que encontrarás en el interior de cada prenda.
Separa tu ropa antes de cada lavado según los colores y las temperaturas indicados y utiliza un detergente sin agentes blanqueadores para la ropa de color.
Lava al revés, los colores estarán mejor protegidos y la ropa no se desgastará tan rápidamente su color.
Esto si la etiqueta indica que se puede utilizar lavadora.
Si tu prenda tiene partes en latex, no se puede utilizar agua caliente ni tampoco maquina secadora.
Si lavas a mano, utiliza detergente líquido en poca cantidad. No dejes tu ropa en remojo y no la retuerzas.
Lava las prendas delicadas en una "bolsa de lavado" (en venta en el comercio) o en una funda de almohada que remplazaria la bolsa de lavado.
Disolver bien los detergentes en polvo y nunca aplicarlos directamente a las prendas.de instrucciones así lo indica, elige el lavado a mano mejor que en la lavadora.
No restregar o retorcer, El agua caliente puede deteriorar o encoger las prendas.
No secar directamente al sol.
MANCHAS:
El método de limpieza se debe elegir en base al tipo de fibra de la prenda que se quiere limpiar; es decir si es delicada, si es blanca o de color.
Si es posible, se debe actuar rápidamente para quitar la mancha antes que ésta se seque pues a medida que pasa el tiempo, la sustancia se endurece y resulta más complejo quitar la mancha
No se debe dejar secar las manchas de frutas, vinos, tomate. Se debe limpiar previamente con agua caliente con algo de jabon y lavar a alta temperatura altiempo antes de que se seque.
A la hora de tratar un tejido manchado se recomienda siempre lavar al revés de la prenda, es decir por la parte de adentro.
Para quitar manchas no es conveniente frotar fuertemente, ni restregar de manera excesiva. Se debe frotar la mancha de fuera hacia dentro apara evitar que la mancha se salga de su cerco original
TEJIDOS:
Tejidos naturales
Lana
Encoge si se lava a demasiada temperatura. Se deforma si se seca colgada.
Ventajas: buen aislamiento térmico, gran poder absorbente y gran capacidad de recuperación.
Inconvenientes: tiende a apelmazarse y amarillea.
Algodón
Encoge si se lava a demasiada temperatura, resiste bien a la plancha. Si tiene color lavar la primera vez en solitario.
Ventajas: fresco y flexible, alta resistencia al rasgado y al frote.
Lino
Lavar siempre a mano. Nunca centrifugar ni lavar a temperaturas altas. Resiste bien a la plancha.
Ventajas: fresco y agradable al tacto, resiste bien a la suciedad.
Inconvenientes: fuerte tendencia a arrugarse.
Tejidos artificiales
Acetato, rayón y viscosa
No se deben centrifugar para evitar deformaciones.
Ventajas: tienen un tacto sedoso y fijan bien los colores.
Inconvenientes: baja resistencia en húmedo.
Tejidos sintéticos
Poliéster, nylon y lycra
Altamente sensibles al calor, lavar en agua tibia y planchar a baja temperatura sin vapor.
Ventajas: muy resistentes, se arrugan poco, fijan bien los colores.
